Stephanie Dunn Haney, Stage IV Lung Cancer Survivor, Patient Advocate
Stephanie Dunn Haney is a Stage IV Lung Cancer survivor, diagnosed in 2007. She works as the Hemlock Township Manager in Bloomsburg, Pa., and has two daughters, Libby and Allie, who are 10 and 8 years old. Active in advocating for lung cancer awareness and for funding that is so critical for lung cancer research, Stephanie shares how her life has changed as a result of the disease, and her thoughts on the changing nature of treating the “terminal” illness in a more chronic way through personalized therapies.
