We do not share or otherwise disclose any personal information without your permission, including your name, address, or email addresses with other organizations or individuals. Only PhRMA, PMC staff and our authorized agents have access to personally identifiable information provided by visitors to our site. Individual members of PhRMA and PMC may contact you about future health care issues.
Blog Submissions
If you decide to submit a comment to our blog, you give us permission to publish your comment in whole or in part. If you submit your name with your comment, you also give us permission to publish your name (first and last) in connection with your comment. To protect your privacy, please do not include your phone number or email address or other personally identifiable information in the body of your comment.

As with any website operator, PhRMA and PMC analyze our website logs to constantly improve the value of our website. PhRMA and PMC maintain several email lists to keep PhRMA and PMC members, the press, and policymakers informed about breaking events. Individuals must request to join our mailing lists. Individuals who provide optional information may also receive materials in the U.S. mail and or be contacted by telephone by authorized PhRMA and PMC representatives. In addition, we do not share the email addresses on our lists with outside of PhRMA and PMC staff and authorized agents. Only PhRMA staff and our authorized agents have access to personally identifiable information provided by visitors to our site. Children’s privacy:
Because we care about the safety and privacy of children online, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). COPPA and its accompanying FTC regulation establish United States federal law that protects the privacy of children using the Internet. We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. Our site is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13, and we have designed our sites to block our knowing acceptance of information from children under 13 whenever age-related information is requested.
It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information pertaining to children under 13. If we are notified of this, as soon as we verify the notification, we will immediately delete the information from our servers.
